We are shortlisting a Waiter / Commis de Rang for a hotel restaurant in Zermatt for the season. The role works across breakfast, lunch and evening service, looking after sections and guests at peak pace.
What you'll do
- Look after assigned sections across all services
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Respond to guest requests with care and speed
- Prepare the restaurant for service
- Support the team during peak periods
What we're looking for
- Service experience in restaurants or hotels
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment
- Friendly, guest-facing attitude
- Working English and German
- Team player with stamina for the season
