We are shortlisting a Restaurant Manager for an independent hotel in Zermatt. The position leads a front-of-house team across breakfast, lunch and evening service, balancing guest experience with the practical realities of running F&B in a mountain resort.
What you'll do
- Lead the front-of-house team across all services
- Own the guest experience from arrival to check
- Plan rosters and training for restaurant staff
- Manage wine, drinks and service stock
- Set and maintain service standards
What we're looking for
- Restaurant management experience in hotels
- Strong service and guest-experience standards
- Experience scheduling and developing F&B teams
- Fluent German and English
- Calm leadership in a busy mountain resort
