We are sourcing a Bar Manager for a hotel bar in Zermatt. The role runs the bar offer and the team behind it, from stock and cocktails to service standards in a resort that never sleeps in peak season.
What you'll do
- Run the daily bar operation from opening to close
- Build and manage the cocktail and drinks programme
- Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships
- Recruit, train and schedule the bar team
- Keep service standards high through peak season
What we're looking for
- Experience running a hotel or hotel bar
- Strong drinks knowledge and hands-on service skills
- Team leadership and staff scheduling experience
- Fluent German and working English
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
